Here is the original for Fix-It-Friday #54:
This is my "fix":
I opened it in Lightroom and immediately fixed the exposure. Then I used a preset called Fashion Shot III v (it's my current favorite preset). Then I opened the picture into GIMP. I used the smudge tool to take out the three little blemishes and then I used Unsharpen Mask to enhance his eyes.
